Life Vanuatu coral reef found in departing passenger's possession

The raid was carried out by airport officials on the 28th of May 2013 in what is belief to be intended smuggling.

A male Chinese citizen was intercepted with a box of life Vanuatu coral at the departure launch by the Airports Vanuatu Security Officers when he was checking out for Air Pacific flight FJ260 bound for Fiji. The Chinese national had been in Vanuatu as tourist and had spent the last seven days in Santo and it is belief to have taken the corals from there.
